Proteinski proizvodi \u010desto dobiju prolaznu ocjenu samo zato \u0161to nose dobru brojku na deklaraciji. Nama to nije dovoljno. Ako proizvod izgleda kao desert, mora se i pona\u0161ati kao desert: biti kremast, imati pun okus i ostaviti onaj kratki trenutak ti\u0161ine nakon prvog zalogaja.<\/p>\n

Okus je prvi filter<\/h2>\n

Recept po\u010dinjemo od profila okusa, a ne od proteina. Kod Double Chocolate gelata to zna\u010di pravi kakao, komadi\u0107e tamne \u010dokolade i dovoljno dubine da proizvod ne djeluje \u201cdijetno\u201d. Tek nakon toga tra\u017eimo na\u010din da u porciju uklju\u010dimo kvalitetan izvor proteina bez pra\u0161kaste teksture.<\/p>\n

Tekstura je dio kvalitete<\/h2>\n
